A marketplace is only as good as the operators on it. Here's how we keep it trustworthy.

Verified operators

Every operator completes Stripe-powered identity (KYC) and business (KYB) verification, plus tax-ID validation, before they can take a single booking. Payouts are gated on that verification.

Secure payments

Payments run on Stripe. Card data never touches our servers. Bookings are charged directly on the operator's connected account, and refunds follow each listing's published cancellation policy.

Your data

Access is enforced at the database level with row-level security, so customers and operators only ever see their own records — see the Privacy page for details.
