Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Tourlio account and personal data at any time — no need to contact support.
What happens when you delete your account
Removed immediately: your name, email, profile photo, saved/wishlisted tours, in-app notifications, and the sign-in itself — you won't be able to log back in.
Retained (anonymized, not linked to you): bookings, payments, reviews and payout records we're legally required to keep for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, plus messages the other party in a conversation received.
If you run tours on Tourlio, deleting your account also unpublishes all your listings.
Not signed in? Request deletion by email
Enter the email on your Tourlio account — we'll send you a one-time link to confirm and complete the deletion. This also works if you've forgotten your password.
